Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, not installed, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

To request a return, e-mail us at info@ambienthome.fr with your order number and the product(s) concerned. We will then send you the return instructions.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or arrives damaged, in which case we cover them.

Once the item has been received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
