Orbélis tient au plafond sur cinq centimètres d'épaisseur. Le verre dépoli étale la lumière LED sans laisser voir la source, si bien que la pièce s'éclaire d'un bloc, sans zone plus vive ni reflet dans les yeux. En noir il marque un point net sur un plafond clair, en blanc il se fait oublier dans l'architecture. L'intensité se règle : lumière pleine pour cuisiner ou travailler, plus basse en fin de soirée.
