Is the rendering true to the photos?
Yes. We provide contextual visuals and close-up material shots so you can see the actual texture (rattan, fabric, wood, metal...). And most importantly: if you're not satisfied with the product once installed, you can request a return according to our return policy.

Is the light bulb included?
It depends on the model; it is indicated on the product sheet. Otherwise, we directly recommend the compatible bulb (base + temperature + wattage) so you don't have to worry.

Is it complicated to install?
No. Our light fixtures are designed for simple installation (standard mounting). If you are comfortable with basic DIY, it's doable. Otherwise, an electrician can install it quickly. Assembly instructions are provided.

How long for delivery?
Generally, delivery is announced between 3 and 8 days. The exact delivery time is indicated at the time of order and you will receive tracking information.
